Airport
It will take approximately 25 minutes to reach Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, it’s takes one hour to Dubai Airport and 45 minutes to Sharjah Airport. Kindly contact Reception to organize the transportation.
Air conditioning
Each room is equipped with an individual air-cooling unit with an individual remote control. The air conditioning should remain switched off while you are out.
Babysitting
Please contact Reception to organize babysitting service. An hourly charge of AED 50 is incurred and is payable directly to the reception.

Lost & Found
Please note that the hotel is not responsible for lost or missing items. Any items found in guest rooms are recorded and stored by the housekeeping department. Items found in the lobby or other outlets are recorded and stored by security. Ensure all valuables are securely locked in your room safe. If you are looking for a lost item, please contact Reception by dialing 651. If we have found your item, we will need a copy of your ID and your full address to return it.
