Adapters are available please contact Reception and one will be brought to your room, a deposit will be charged to your room and when it is returned this will be removed from your account. The hotel electrical supply is volts 220 AC cycles with UK style sockets.
Airport
It will take approximately 25 minutes to reach Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, it’s takes one hour to Dubai Airport and 45 minutes to Sharjah Airport. Kindly contact Reception to organize the transportation.
Air conditioning
Each room is equipped with an individual air-cooling unit with an individual remote control. The air conditioning should remain switched off while you are out.
Babysitting
Please contact Reception to organize babysitting service. An hourly charge of AED 50 is incurred and is payable directly to the reception.
